I’m a social worker, behavioral specialist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, an educator with over 25 years of experience, a mom to two precious boys, and the founder of Proactive Connections. I’m so glad I can spend some time with you today.

I know how stressful life can be as a human living in this world today! I also know it can often feel like we keep going through life on a hamster wheel! That is why building strong foundations to mindfully thrive at all ages is super important! You can be PROACTIVE in getting the guidance you need to flourish BEFORE challenges arise (prevention mode) or, of course, once you are experiencing challenges that are continuing to escalate. Learn a more effective, grounded, and responsive approach to manage better.
