For Parent Groups

Workshop meetings for groups on common topics along the parenting and grandparenting continuum to help adults MINDFULLY THRIVE. These adults can live their best life as an individual while also in their parenting/grandparenting role.

For Infants and Caregivers

Be proactive and learn how to support your baby with developmentally appropriate movement through yoga principles, creating space for your relationship with your baby to flourish. With early attention to the mind-body-heart-soul connection, you will have the opportunity to support your baby’s muscles, digestion, sleep patterns, while also creating space for your love, communication and connection to deepen. Engaging with these experiences can provide your baby with a felt sense of love, security, safety, which opens enormous potential for social-emotional well-being to develop at a critical time in your baby’s brain and body development. You will be giving yourself a gift as well, by giving yourself time and space for attention, intention, and attunement, during a time where your attention is pulled in many directions and caregiver needs are often not prioritized.
